About We Scope
As practitioners in the social impact sector, we often envision a society where innovation thrives and spreads, increasing prosperity for everyone. In the past, such progress has been achieved through strong collaboration amongst government, civil society, philanthropy, and business. However, three barriers often emerge: magnitude of the problem, complexity of the problem, and the urgency of need for resolution. At We-Scope, we believe that we can turn these barriers into opportunities.
Imagine looking at a bustling city from above. You see interconnected streets, buildings, and parks, each playing a vital role in the city's ecosystem. From above, you see the road network, key neighborhoods, amenities, as well as congestion and traffic hubs created around it.
The bigger picture is crucial, but the ground-level intel brings people in the bigger picture to the focus. Linking the problem statements of people’s day to day experiences with the city infrastructure plan can lead to sustained changes.
The key is designing tools and structures that connect ground realities with the bigger picture. Like a ladder, bridging the day-to-day with the overarching goals.
A systems journey to help you navigate the "How" of social impact
While understanding the entire system is important, don't let it paralyze you. Start where you are, use what you have, and do what you can. Every small step forward adds up, and together, we can create meaningful change.

Enabling localized, improvised efforts that align with the larger vision. By learning from lived experiences, we turn insights into actionable strategies on the ground.
Every effort, no matter how small, contributes to the overall journey. Like passing the baton in a relay race, each step is crucial.
What to expect from the campaign?
We-Scope aims to transform systems thinking concepts into practical tools and processes for organizations to drive systems change. This campaign goes beyond being just an information platform; it seeks to foster local ecosystem changes through grassroots leaders.
Bring the sector together
Bring together practitioners who utilize systems thinking for implementation, acknowledging that while they may not have the formal language of systems change, they possess valuable tools and experiences.
Share Learnings
Share learnings through examples rather than prescriptive solutions. The engagement will be ongoing, spread over time, and designed for various levels of interest to build a ladder of learning. This ensures that engagement is customizable and non-linear, accommodating users' varying capacities.
Create value systems
We-Scope also emphasizes that values are fundamental to systems change. Thus, the examples, cases, and tools on the platform are crafted to promote systems change with a specific value system.
